Tracking
ScanLocker does no tracking as Apple defines it under App Tracking Transparency. It links no data about you with data from other companies' apps or websites, it shares nothing with a data broker, and it never shows the tracking permission prompt because it has nothing to ask for.
The privacy manifest inside the app
Every copy of ScanLocker ships a privacy manifest that Apple reads when the application is submitted. That manifest declares no tracking, no tracking domains, and no collected data types. It lists one required-reason API: the application reads its own user defaults to remember your settings, which Apple records under reason code CA92.1. That is the whole manifest.
Third parties
Only Apple's own frameworks run inside ScanLocker. The application embeds no analytics kit, no advertising kit, no crash reporter, and no other third-party software development kit, so there is no third party that could receive anything from it.
